Patent is an experimental grindcore band from Montreal. Their 20 minute album, Crimes, is an unforgiving and emotionally punishing experience, but also one that presents a level of intrigue for those with the temerity. The album lacks some of the polish of other albums these days, but f#$k off this is grind, baby. You want me to spoon feed you your cereal too? Put on your big boy/girl pants and press play. You choose the price, so it's worth it no matter what Prepare yourself for a vicious assault of grumbling bass, chaotic guitars, unfathomable hatred, and machinegun drumming.
